  Nina lady was very nasty on the phone after I called for a quote, she wanted to decide for me and said I should keep my current insurance. Hello lady , I'm calling for a quote. You shouldn't be deciding for customers we should be able to decide for ourselves. She was very rude and hang up the phone . If you don't want to do your job and you're lazy , don't give customers your nasty attitude. Please stay home or find another job because customer service is surely not for you . Very nasty lady . Btw they responded some some generic comment about not finding me in the system. Hello your employee aka Nina didn't give me a chance to even talking before she hang up on me .
